To operate a typical electronic thermostat, start by simply programming the time
you wake up in the morning and the temperature you want your home to be at that
time.
Next, program the time you leave the house, the time you return home, the time you
go to sleep and the temperature you want at each of those times. This handles your
daily weekday requirements.
Weekend schedules usually differ from weekday schedules. Some electronic thermostats
take this into consideration and allow you to program special needs for Saturday
and Sunday.
