The US Green Building Council (USGBC) has granted China’s first ever Leadership for Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) certification for a commercial project to Shenzhen’s Taige Serviced Residences, a comprehensive showcase project administered by the Ministry of Construction. The building uses energy-efficient Trane HVAC systems.
